Our specialist 1-1 counselling, group work and specialist holistic therapies help femmes recover after experiencing gender-based violence and abuse.

Our advocates support survivors in understanding their rights, options and empower femmes to use their voice. This can be through support with a wide range of agencies.

Our confidential and anonymous live chat is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and offers open ended emotional support and signposting to other support services.
