We are working tirelessly to end violence against women and girls in all its forms – and with that in mind, we have designed a range of services that truly reflect our core values. We understand that every person experiencing abuse requires different types of support. That’s why we offer a wide range of services to meet everyone's needs.

Training

We offer an array of accredited and tailored training and seminars to a wide range of statutory and non-statutory organisations as well as workshops to young people, survivors and community groups.

Holistic Therapy

Our specialist 1-1 counselling, group work and specialist holistic therapies help femmes recover after experiencing gender-based violence and abuse.

Live Chat

Our confidential and anonymous live chat is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and offers open ended emotional support and signposting to other support services.

Independent Advocacy

Our advocates support survivors in understanding their rights, options and empower femmes to use their voice. This can be through support with a wide range of agencies including civil and criminal courts, housing, health and education.

Outreach

We offer wide-ranging and confidential community outreach services that meet femmes experiencing gendered abuse where they are, physically and emotionally, on their journey to safety.
